4. A safety regulation submitted for approval by the Minister of Education, Recreation and Sports must indicate the name of the sports federation or body and the sport in question and must contain a preamble entitled “notice to members” in which sections 29, 29.1, 60 and 61 of the Act respecting safety in sports (chapter S-3.1) are reproduced.
